Our brand new village office and Clubhouse (temporary residents facility) is open for residents to enjoy at the entrance to the Village at 10 Teviotview Place.

This superb, architect designed, 330m2 building gives our residents the perfect communal space to meet and mingle and enjoy some excellent community amenities.

It includes a large lounge leading out to a north facing terrace, complete with a bar and pool table, a kitchen and dining area, plus a well equipped gym and a spa pool.

Once the village is more populated, this facility will be replaced by the much larger, centrally located building with even more to offer in the way of convenience and resort style amenities.

The Club House is also be the location of our sales office for the foreseeable future.
