Once our village is complete, you'll enjoy an amazing new resort-style community centre. This community hub and recreation building will include a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room, a movie theatre, cafe, restaurant and dining areas, social lounge with a bar and snooker tables, and a grand piano, dance and exercise floor, virtual golf, a library and crafts room, a beauty therapy room and a specialist room for health and wellness practitioners to work from. Our village office and Resident's Clubhouse is open for residents to enjoy at the entrance to the village.
This superb, Architect -designed, 350m² building gives our residents the perfect communal space to meet and mingle and enjoy excellent community amenities.
It includes a large lounge leading out to a north facing terrace, complete with a bar and pool table, a kitchen and dining area, plus a well equipped gym and a spa pool.
In 2026 this facility will be replaced by a much larger, centrally located building with even more to offer in the way of convenience and resort style amenities.
Our Amazing NEW Clubhouse, Coming 2026!
We’re delighted to announce that construction of our permanent, luxury resort-style Community Centre is now under construction.
The heart of the village, this grand 1,350m² building will be centred around a stunning indoor courtyard and will feature an indoor swimming pool, spa pool and sauna, kitchen, café and bar, games room with pool tables, multifunction room with dance floor and exercise space, library, crafts room, gymnasium, beauty therapy and consulting rooms, meeting rooms, and as well as a "Men’s Shed".
Outdoor facilities will include a bowling green, pétanque and croquet. Of course, we’ll also continue to run all the social events, day trips and activities that are already so popular.
We hope to have the new Clubhouse open towards the end of 2026.
