Once our village is complete, you'll enjoy an amazing new resort-style community centre. This community hub and recreation building will include a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room, a movie theatre, cafe, restaurant and dining areas, social lounge with a bar and snooker tables, and a grand piano, dance and exercise floor, virtual golf, a library and crafts room, a beauty therapy room and a specialist room for health and wellness practitioners to work from. A communal outdoor area will feature a bowling green, a petanque court and croquet lawn. We'll also have a community vegetable garden and “Men’s Shed” workshop.

Our Temporary Resident's Club House
Our village office and Resident's Clubhouse is open for residents to enjoy at the entrance to the village.
This superb, architect designed, 350m2 building gives our residents the perfect communal space to meet and mingle and enjoy excellent community amenities.
It includes a large lounge leading out to a north facing terrace, complete with a bar and pool table, a kitchen and dining area, plus a well equipped gym and a spa pool.
In 2026 this facility will be replaced by the much larger, centrally located building with even more to offer in the way of convenience and resort style amenities.
Our Amazing NEW Clubhouse, Coming 2026!
We’re delighted to announce that construction of our permanent, luxury resort-style Community Centre will commence in June 2025.
The heart of the village, this grand 1,350m² building will be centred around a stunning indoor courtyard and will feature an indoor swimming pool, spa pool and sauna, commercial kitchen, café and bar, games room with pool tables, multifunction room with dance floor and exercise space, library, crafts room, gymnasium, beauty therapy and consulting rooms, meeting rooms, as well as a Men’s Shed.
Outdoor facilities will include a bowling green, pétanque and croquet. Of course, we’ll also continue to run all the social events, day trips and activities that are already so popular.
We hope to have the new Clubhouse open towards the end of 2026.

If you or a loved one are finding it harder to maintain a fully independent lifestyle, our rest home level care will offer you the security of 24/7 Registered Nurses and highly trained care staff. If you have a disability, significant illness or an other medical condition and have been assessed as requiring hospital level care, we will also have the specialised clinical staff and equipment to meet your needs, including dementia and palliative care.

We've got a dedicated parking space at Amberley Country Estate for your caravan or motorhome, so you don't have to worry about where to leave it.
