On Friday, Tim, our imperious leader, was on TVNZ's Seven Sharp, telling NZ about our next Retirement Village, Springwater Country Estate, in Putaruru. Being born and bred in Putaruru, this Village is very close to Tim and his partner Jenny's hearts.
